About Saraphina

Mrs. Saraphina Abila Abagi is a lawyer who has been called to the Ghana Bar. She is also a trained diplomat, writer, mentor and graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon, where she earned a degree in Linguistics and Spanish.

Human rights, education and mentoring

Saraphina has a strong interest in international human rights, with a particular focus on creating equal educational opportunities for all. Her experience includes work as a writer and online content manager at aemidia.com, a trainer with Spelling Bee Ghana, and a mentor with STL Amandi Foundation, where she helped children develop leadership skills and identify their talents.

She has also served as a tutor at GIU International Christian Academy.

Diplomacy and law

Saraphina holds a master's degree from the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy. Her combined background in law, diplomacy, education, communication and mentoring strengthens her leadership of programmes that respond to the needs of children, girls and communities.

As Programs Director at Leading Vision, she helps guide programme development, partnerships and implementation with a strong commitment to dignity, opportunity and social inclusion.
