Leading Vision grew from a personal commitment to reach children facing neglect, hardship and poverty with practical care and lasting hope.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Kwaku Ayiga is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leading Vision, a nonprofit charity organization he established in 2009. He founded Leading Vision out of a deep personal compassion for orphans and destitute children, using his own personal income to support some of the organization’s operational costs and activities.

Under his leadership, Leading Vision has carried out community outreach programs supporting orphanages and street-connected children. This includes a major donation to two orphanages in 2017, made possible through a corporate partnership. He also leads the organization’s HIV/AIDS awareness and care initiatives.

With 17 years of grassroots humanitarian service, Ayiga continues to lead Leading Vision with integrity, personal sacrifice, and a strong commitment to ensuring that no child is forgotten.
