The Formation

This dream was born out of the admonition to stretch our hands to the needy in society, beginning first from the household of faith. Leading Vision is a dream powered by an aspiration once thwarted by the circumstances of neglect, want, and dire poverty—a calamity shared by many. This deep yearning to reach out to the less privileged, whose situations have been worsened by poverty and societal abandonment, has today become a flowing stream whose course can no longer be altered by circumstance. This pledge and commitment is the vision of a rising sun of hope, comfort, a shoulder to lean on, courage, and faith to survive. That a dream is being translated, in the name of God Almighty, the Omniscient and the Omnipresent, to establish this vehicle, on this day, the 31st of December, 2009, to be known and called LEADING VISION to the glory of God.

About the founder

Kwaku Ayiga , the founder of Leading Vision, began his philanthropic work in 2009, where he founded Leading Vision to provide assistance to the less privileged in society, focusing on orphans and destitute children and promoting girl child education, health and nutrition. Since then he has mobilised food items, clothing and stationery to various orphanages and childcare centres. In addition to his organisational role, he also uses his personal income to support the activities.

Values
Since its inception, Leading Vision has made various donations to orphanages and delivered health and hygiene talks in vocational training centers which provide skills development training programs for street teenagers. Leading Vision has carried out research studies on some orphanages which helped us to physically identify needs and issues affecting children in various orphanages and other childcare centres.
