Leading Vision as an organization shall coordinate comprehensive research work on already established orphanages to identify their problems and needs, by this, Leading Vision will assist in finding solutions to their various needs. Leading Vision personnel’s shall visits orphanages and interact with the heads of these institutions as well as the children to identify their basic needs. Leading Vision shall donate such as food items, clothing, cash, writing materials, medical care, accommodation, scholarship and entertainment programmes. Leading Vision aims at working for the betterment of orphanages by depending on voluntary donations and fund raising activities.

Leading Vision supports destitute children in rural and urban communities by providing educational assistance to those from economically challenged homes, street children, and school dropouts. To keep them in school, the organization supplies essential items like uniforms, shoes, books, and other learning materials to enhance their learning experience. To expand its reach, Leading Vision seeks broader partnerships to identify children lacking basic education due to poverty, health-related issues, or abuse. The organization also works to combat child labor and emotional and physical abuse. Its initiatives are informed by field surveys conducted in collaboration with teachers, families, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

The organization shall increase public education on ethical or moral life in general. Leading Vision shall collaborate with medical doctors to identify and assist with financial and material support to AIDS patients who have been admitted to hospitals. Leading Vision shall provide assistance to children whose parents have died of “AIDS”. Counselling, Caring and supporting are the main objective for the Leading Vision AIDS programme. Leading Vision shall educate the public on mother –to –child HIV prevention. Leading Vision shall organize free HIV/AIDS voluntary testing programme for people to know their status. Leading Vision shall educate the public as well against stigmatization of affected persons.

Leading vision has added two programs in addition to its programs which is the girl child education, Health and Nutrition. The girl child education is an initiative which is to advocate, support and empower girls mostly less than 25 years. The Programme will be carried out in both lower and high schools to meet most of our targets groups. Those who are outside schools will also gathered in communities to have similar education. The program is design to give girls the courage and confidence to think on how to take decision without a negative influence by society or peer pressure.

This program is to tackle general Health and Nutrition. Hygiene talks, Medical care for children and adult who are in severe medical condition who can’t afford the fight to cure such a disease Malnutrition among children will be an area of attention of our program. Pregnant women and lactating mother will be engaged on good eating habit to prevent malnutrition in new born babies. Leading Vision will provide Nutritional feed to children and lactating mothers where where necessary. General medical care program will be organize in communities from time to time.
